Industrial fittings designed according to EN, ASTM and ASME standards.

Safe and durable connections are essential in industrial plants. Industrial fittings form the link between pipelines, hoses, valves and process equipment. They are resistant to high pressures, temperature fluctuations, vibrations and chemically aggressive media.
Rodesta supplies a wide range of industrial fittings in accordance with leading international standards such as EN, ASTM and ASME. These fittings are used in industries such as chemical processing, energy, water and wastewater treatment, food technology, equipment manufacturing and infrastructure.
Unlike hygienic or aseptic connections – such as DIN 11864, DIN 11853 or ASME BPE – industrial fittings focus on robustness, mechanical strength and reliability, even under extreme process conditions.
Standards and designs
Rodesta supplies industrial fittings according to the most common international standards:
- EN 10241: welded and threaded fittings
- EN 10253: elbows, tees and reducers with welded or seamless pipe connections
- ASTM A403: welded and forged stainless steel fittings
- ASME B16.9 / B16.11: standardized butt-weld and forged fittings
- BSP ISO 4144 (British Standard Pipe) and NPT (National Pipe Thread): for threaded connections in industrial systems
Available designs:
- Straight couplings and reducers
- Elbows, tees and crosses
- Weld fittings, threaded fittings and flange connections
- Special designs for ATEX zones or applications involving high pressure and temperature
Materials
Depending on the process medium and environmental conditions, Rodesta supplies industrial fittings in:
- Stainless steel 304 / 304L: for general-purpose applications
- Stainless steel 316 / 316L: with enhanced corrosion resistance
- Duplex and Super Duplex: for higher mechanical loads and chloride resistance
- Hastelloy C22 / C276, SMO 254, Inconel, Alloy 20, Titanium Grade 2: for highly aggressive media and extreme operating conditions
All products are available with 3.1 material certificates according to EN 10204:2004 upon request. Pressure and leak tests, as well as additional documentation such as ATEX declarations or PED conformity certificates, are available on request.
Applications
Rodesta’s industrial fittings are used in a wide range of applications, including:
